There is three ways to receive QSL:

1. Direct request from site: you request direct QSL, pay postal expenses by PayPal and I will send QSL direct to you in a 2-3 days by air mail.

2. Buro request from site: you request QSL via buro. I will send QSL via GlobalQSL once in 30-60 days.

3. Direct. You can QSL direct to my address: Aleksandr Maksimov, P.O. Box 195, Sosua, Puerto-Plata, Dominican Republic
but keep in mind that the Dominican post is not the most reliable post.
